dojo in/near Puebla, Mexico

Hola a todos los mexicanos!

A (Japanese) friend of a friend is going to be spending a year in Puebla, Mexico, starting sometime this summer, and she's hoping to bring along her bogu and shinai... does anyone know if there's a dojo in or near Puebla that she can attend? Recommendations? She's 17, doesn't speak Spanish (though I'm about to start working with her on that), barely speaks English, and has never been abroad, but she seems like a pretty tough kid.
