Definitive guide to Naginata book

Is the Naginata definitive guide, as advertised on the site, still available? I ordered two copies of it over a month ago (one for me, and one for my sensei), and haven't heard anything back. However, my credit card account hasn't had anything taken out of it, so I'm wondering whether the ordering system on the site even works.

I'd be grateful to hear anything - whether other people have had the same problem, or if someone from Kendo World could explain what's going on.
