Sorry everyone... I couldn't resist. After reading his latest posts, I had to do this poll. :)

PLEASE post your own suggestions, these are only meant to get you started! I suppose it could be argued that he isn't worth the effort that these suggestions would entail, but I'm enjoying the mental shopping-spree. The guy is a bigot and a male chauvenist loser, and most of us are far too civilized NOT to be tempted to butt him out like a cigarette.

1) Use him as an unpadded practice dummy for heavy-handed junior kendoka.

2) Place a sign on him that says "community playmate" and hurl him over the wall of an asylum for the criminally insane.

3) String him up by his testicles (if any) and use him for a pinyata at the next KWF birthday party.

4) Use him as an unlubricated applicator for bovine or pachyderm enema treatments.

5) Coat him in cat urine and shove him into the dog pound.

6) Roll him up in a carpet and chuck him off a bridge.

Mingshi...I don't mean to get in between you and Hai Hai, but I have a small problem with this statement. The work Negro comes from the spanish word for black. It is used very often by black people talking with each other and is not used as a derogitory word. However when someone of another colour uses the word it suddenly has this huge racial discrimination meaning. Sorry, but that is total bullshit. People that get offended but that word are usually just looking for a reason to complain or get something for free. Hate to pop your bubble, but Negro is the correct word to use. Anything in the name of science, I’m up for it, especially when we have an excellent guinea pig such as hai_hai to test on. If I could make a suggestion, confy, which is that once we have finished our little test with Hai_Hai, it might be a profitable idea to sell him to the Japanese Black-market. We probably won’t make that much of a profit because his body will probably be slightly deformed after we have finished with him, but I guess every penny counts. Also, I am pretty sure the Japanese Yakuza will find some use for him anyway. Probably, use him as a Practice dummy of some sort to test out new torture contraptions. 1) Get some kendo time under your belt so you start to know what you're talking about or at least can ask an intelligent question about it.
2) Get a feel for who's who on the forums, what's serious and what's not.

The guys who started the forum (Alex, Hamish et. al.) also run Kendo World, and while they may or may not suck at life, it's not your job to tell them that. I suspect you really mean to say that the people who started this thread suck - again, you don't know if what has been said was in fun and you might be overreacting.

For example, despite many vocal claims to the contrary, we do not ALL hate Gibbo - just most of the UK.

Well, my comment had more to it than just the online reputation thing. Unfortunately, it's common for young guys such as yourself to go way overboard on the enthusiasm for something new like kendo. At this point, you have no idea who you're getting your information from, and you're getting some of it from what others know to be serious cranks. Respect your sensei and get your kendo questions answered at the dojo for a while until you learn what's real and what's BS. He's not exactly Martha Stewart - but he (and the other Venice kenshi) sure as hell can walk the walk.

The sentiment is admirable, but since you don't know who's who you could very easily insult the very people you need to impress. Every US election time we have special programs on TV how the votes in certain districts are manipulated in every which way just to secure a state. I'm certain that the voting systems in Europe are not perfect but at least the popular vote counts. The US elections are such an intricate matter that University Professors have to explain how it works. Let's say that I never expected that a cynic with sometimes a bad streak would be watching Fox News and believe everything they say.

I don't agree with all the actions of extremists, I don't justify, I think it is the easy way out to kill and maim citizens. Blowing up busses with woman and children can never be justified.
