Is it wrong to keiko using Nito Ryu, Jodan, or Hasso Kamae against a nanadan sensei even with asking permission?

Personally, I don't see what the problem is if you've asked permission.
But that's just a 4-Dan perspective. :)

I dont think its wrong either but its not that hard to ask is it? I personaly think its better if you do anyways. when you think about it when your 4thd dan up its more like courtesy notice than a asking for a persmision

As long as you consistently fight others using that particular kamae, I don't see how that the sensei could have a problemn with it.

Why would anyone object to a different kamae being used against them? Especially a sensei who is technically there to teach more than anything else... I know it happens but still, why object to it?
What's the logic behind not wanting to fight different kamae? I suppose what I'm asking is what do the sensei's that object to it give as a justification (if they even give one).

I think that the problem might be if the Sensei is not familiar with the style enough to give you good instructions if your doing something wrong.
There is a waza my wife uses (sorry I don't know the name) that most of the sensei's here don't know. One sensei does. He has asked her to please keep using that waza so the other sensei's can learn it and then give her points when she uses it.

Jodan and especially hasso are aggressive, arrogant kamae. When you use these you are saying "I don't need to be cautious with you, I can abandon the safety of chudan and fight you from here". Certain sensei find this offensive.
From a technical POV many sensei feel that you should develop a strong chudan (I have heard 3 dan minimum as a guideline) before moving on to explore other kamae. Taking jodan says "I have learned enough about chudan to work on my jodan".
It is best to ask permission, avoiding the problem of either insulting sensei or making a tacit request for him to give you his best kendo rather than his teaching kendo.
If you always play jodan, by all means ask permission and carry on. But if you only play jodan occasionally, keiko with the nanadan sensei is not the time to try it out.

My sensei is a pretty "open" sensei and he lets us expand freely, but I usually ask first if it is ok. Well, not for jodan because I haven't even learned it yet. :D But for other waza such as migi dou and tsuki.

Well, I think the proper way to do this is, is to first go up to them and ask if it's ok, then when you're about to do that kamae, you say "Shitsurei Shimasu," which kinda loosely means excuse me for doing this kamae or something, it's one of those Japanese things. But, I just think it all depends on the sensei. Some sensei who are 7-dan, 8-dan, and even 9-dan HATE jodan, nito, hasso, anything that's not seigan, they don't think it's kendo. I think it would be your best bet to find out if a sensei fits into this category, if they do, then don't waste your time practicing with them, it'll just get you frustrated. However, some sense love it when you do other kamae. I remember when I asked Toda Tadao sense if I could do nito against him, which I might add was the scariest moment in my kendo life, but he was like "OF COURSE!!!" So, it just depends on the sensei, but you should always ask for permission first.

Yaba daba do? if you do it on him, he will just smack you all hard! If the sensei throws a tsuki , yokomen, or any kamai other then chudan at me all bets are off! I wont bust out thoes moves on a sensei unless they are asken for it! same goes with me. I am not Nana dan, but i am a sensei, and i love it when kenshi come to fight me with diffrent kamai. Its fun, plus i get to use some of my funky waza on them! i will practice my drunken kenshi wazas tonight!
