Awwww man! I saw the "Last Samuari" trailer ahead of Matrix Reloaded and I have got to say... I am sure I will go see it for a few good laughs or something.
It just seems silly to me. But kind of cool. But silly! :)

Yo.
I'm not a big X-Men fan. I saw the first movie after it came out on video. It was okay. I haven't seen X-Men United and will wait until that comes out on video.
I am a Spiderman fan and I liked the movie. I am hoping the next one will be as entertaining.
The second Matrix movie was a bit of a disappointment but it was like setting stuff up for the third movie, which I am hoping is going to be as good as the first movie.
Another sequel is coming out this year, Bad Boyz 2, which I am definitely going to watch.

Hm, it was a bit of a toss-up between X3 and Matrix: Revolutions for me. Both have the potential to be really awesome and I'm really happy with the way the X-men franchise is evolving.
Funny, when I first saw Matrix:Reloaded I was thinking "this is pretty ok", unlike the rabid bashing that has come up, mostly because some people didn't understand what was really going on. There were some points I missed so because I was bored and could go, I went to see it a second time.
It is sooooo much better the second time around-sort of like watching the Usual Suspects for the second time. It was weird, but almost everything just seemed to gel, make sense (even the rave scene!) and flow so nicely (Ares' link in a prior thread here was particularly helpful in figuring things out). There was huge amount of setup for the final episode, quite nicely disguised as philosophical bantering. It's tough being a "middle" movie in a trilogy, but I think they did a really decent job of it. I can't wait until November when Matrix: Revolutions comes out!

MATRIX:Reloaded. Just saw it...great movie! The plot thickens!
The Last Samurai...looks good but rather romanticized...don't they all get slaughtered in the end?
