ok i found out a litlle bit more about this guy..
his name is Henry Smalls,his yondan from Hawaii..
i've got one more clip & i'll try to upload it.

try doing a search on this forum for henry smalls,
you may get a suprise that mr smalls is quite well known and very well respected within the Kendo world and on these forum in particular

The shinai launching thing is what got me.....

But I still really respect that guy.

Now if he could do the shinai launchy thing.....

If Mr. Smalls could do the 'launch the shinai' thing, I seriously think I would wet myself right then and there. Either that or I'd crawl up in a little ball and whimper. Not joking one bit. Mr. Smalls, though, is talented enough that I might just do this anyway, even if 'launching the shinai' was still a work in progress for him.

I saw him once in hawaii at a tournament. One of my sensei was talking to him.

The video is very interesting and cool.

I just have a question regarding the second half;

How would you do class and keiko against an opponent with no legs? I go through the scenerio in my head, and I fear either being too accomodating and thereby dishonoring them, or being too anxious to treat them like everyone else and ending up knocking them over.
