in america, we have these places called 'home depot' and 'lowe's'. and ton of other hardware places that sells PVC pipe for plumbing. they also sell number of other bit and pieces to cap the end of those pipee. this makes it easy for people to make hard case with pvc pipes. and also make it easy for some people to make pipe bomb.

A shinai-sized pipebomb now there's an idea :D
so I pick a pipe big enough to fit my shinai bag in? is it safe enough using just a screw on cap? how do you attach the label that u usually have to hand on your bags?

depends what you want to do with it. but, as someone mentioned, if you are looking for huge hard case, it might be cheaper and less isssue to just go and buy hard case for golf clubs. if you are making case for one or two.. even three shinai, there are rather large pipes with diameter big enough that will hold them. you can either thread it at both end and put srew cap on it, or you can do one of those friction fit cap on both ends.
as for the label.. why do you need label? is it for traveling? if you, you can just write stuff on it with marker and tape over it with clear tape. or if you want to get fancy, get some stainless screw with round head, drill into the side of the pipe, attache the screw with head inside, then attach whatever label you want, and put nut on the screw. or get one of that covered nut so you won't get scratched when carrying the stuff. you can do same with strap, if you like to sling it over the shoulder.

a strap :D good idea :D
it would have to take 2 shinai and one bokken I guess :) so a decent pvc pipe should be big enough. Im thinking about putting my entire shinai bag in it, for added protection so shinais dont rattle around in it. 4 inch should do it

What do you use to cover each side? I forgot.

I think you can get the pipe threaded on both ends, put some strong glue on one end, screw it on, let it dry
Oh the thing you screw on is a PVC cap you can buy at the same place as your pipe
the other you just screw on so you can open it again
