I couldnīt find answer to my question anywhere on the web. What are the names of shidachis kamaes in kodachi katas 1-3? It would be also nice if someone knows the names of the techiques done in sanbonme.

Kodachi-no kata ipponme and nihonme are indeed ukenagashi (the former is omote-ukenagashi and the latter is ura-ukenagashi.)

Shidachi's kamae in ipponme and nihonme are described as chudan hanmi-no kamae but in practice for ipponme the shidachi assumes seigan hanmi-no kamae to counter the uchidachi's morote hidari jodan. It's been explained to me that "chudan" describes both but I try to distinguish seigan as the kensen is held a bit higher than typical.

The chudan in nihonme is also a little modified as you are covering uchidachi's gedan.
