Eguchi has a protector. I think E-Bogu does also. :cross_eye

A strong center is the best protection :)

Most kendo retailers will have bigger throat protectors for sale. FYI, correct spelling of "ski" is "tsuki".

Nah. Just take it. I have more nasty bruises on my arms than on my neck.

Yeah I usually catch them in the chest. I notice people have a tendency to lean their heads back when a tsuki comes in, exposing more of their neck.

If you want bigger tsuki guard, there is 1 way but I don't recommend, that is wear Jukendo Men (bayonet practice and wear bogu similar to kendo). Their tsuki guard is much bigger than those for kendo.

Try inserting a strong kamae between your opponent and the front of your tsuki tame.

what i was teach-
its sometimes tought but accept the tsuki right on. by going foward. if you try to escape the tsuki become you are a bit scared then there is more chance that the opponent misses.
i think its kinda hard to do. i cant do it witouth not thinking about it.
does it make sense?
