The very fact that you have put out a survey asking what your subscribers think of your mag, website and forums is a good indicator that you are on the right track.

90% of businesses or in this case a "project" if you will, fall over because the people running it fail to grasp or see what the customers really want or have poor management and organisational skills.

As the project grows this also proves to be a difficult time. It is encouraging to see that you have someone who can spend time soley developing the website while you can work on the magazine. I think this will make a significant difference.

Best of luck- I look forward to the new and upcoming devlopments.

Interesting results from the survey. The moderation issue seems to have been taken care of already judging by the decrease in the number of inane posts.

Can't wait to see the increased content on the web site, bring it on!

It would be nice to see someone's rank in the box (to the left of the reply text) that shows the username, number of posts, location, etc.
