Naginata Training in the UK

Hi Guys and Gals,

I would love to learn Naginata. Does anyone know a teacher outside of london in the Peterborough region?

I think it is so rare its nearly impossible to find.

Also does anyone actually do any cutting practice with naginata? I imagine there are kata teachers but none that would practice cutting.
