I have a friend of mine with problems with the doh's mune... She can not put the arms in kamae position cos the mune hurt her arms cos I think it's too big. Is there any chance she can fix that problem or she has to buy a new doh?

If the do is new get it replaced by the vendor, if its not, try to bend it a bit down the centre to reduce it's width.

Oh, and make sure it's tied low enough. If the mune is up round the neck, she never be able to take Kamae correctly.

Of course! I'll tell her she has to bend it then. Any tips for that?

Before you do, check how wide it is on her, bending will only reduce the width by a little. I would guess 1/2 inch to maybe an inch, if that.

Well is wide enough for prevent her for doing a good kamae, that means her arms colide with the mune.

If it's uncomfortable to take kamae bending may help.
If it's impossible then bending may not.
You'd have to give it a go.

I take it, this is 2nd hand armour. If so, it may have quite a bit of bend-ability.

To bend mine I got a belt and tied it around the do, pulling it tight and leaving it like that between practises. Dont bend it mor than a few centimetres (no more than 2 inches say) at a time, you dont want it to crack.

Another thing you may want your sensei to check is whether she is standing in chudan with her arms stiffly out straight in front of her with her shoulders tense and elbows locked.

i agree. it very possible this is her problem. also, if she is large chested, this will cause the mune to stick out farther. if you look at guys, even if they stood in kamae with stiff arms, elbows locked, the mune would sit near their pits, but on women with any chest, it will hit more in the bicep region. at least this is my experience. i would love to have a little less up top!
