KKA-USA joined AUSKF?

On a less controversial subject - someone told me that the merger occurred in July. I can't find any mention of it, either at the KKA-USA site or the AUSKF site. Does anyone know?

last I heard, the issue was still being discussed.

i want to say i also last READ about it in the last AUSKF newsletter. i think they have them archived at the AUSKF website..

It was in the May newsletter, but it only mentioned that they were still discussing it. I hope it really happens, it would be pretty cool with some high up Korean sabunims to join in.

Question: if this merge does happen, does that mean the KKA-USA dojangs have convert to Japanese style Kendo (ie sonkyo), or do they get to keep the Korean Traditions and only apply the necessary things during tournaments?
