Until the establishment of the "République" and the creation of the CNKQ (Comité national de kendo du Québec), I'm stuck in the CKF (Canadian Kendo Federation).

The CKF is a member of the IKF.

Kai Nippon Butoku Kai is NOT recognized by IKF or JKF. Strange being that they are one of oldest and maybe respected organization. Politics I guess....

Dai Nippon Butoku Kai seems to be a bit filled with Karate guys. Karate was added to the organization after WWII, yet 70% of the organization is Karate Sensei. I cannot find much information on their Kendo affiliations and there are very few representatives of Kendo on the "Officials" list...
