Please help me! I am an absolute beginner in Lexington, KY, and am very interested in taking Kendo. I have doggedly searched the web for a nearby dojo, but to no avail. If someone out there understands my plight, could you please help me? I'm sort of at a loss for what to do right now...any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!

I am also a complete newbie and have contacted Mr. Imura to pursue beginning Kendo. They only accept new students in April and October due to limited number of instructors. I am excited to say that I will be taking my first trip to their class this Saturday.
PS I am in Louisville, KY so I will be drivng each Saturday to get there and I can't wait :)

Really??? That sounds grand.....

I have to wait for two weeks and a half, before I could go to my first kendo

lesson. It is because the sensei is getting ready for a ternament that is

coming up next saturday. Haaa............ This suck, but I can't wait to go

thought. I am still feel excite about me going to take Kendo.

Whooowwww!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The University of Kentucky Kendo Club will be holding an info session on March 31, 2004 in room 111 of the student center. Hopefully there will be strong showing that the club can arrange for a regular practice site. The club website is located at:
