himmo cleaning/washing

hi i was wondering what you ppl do to keep ur men and do himmo clean?? i mean clean as in sweat stain free and stiff free if that makes sence.
i now summ ppl just get a wet tenegui and run it ova them but is this the only way.

you can remove them and wash them in cold water by hand. be sure to air dry them so they do not shrink.

I just took them off the men and dou and soak them in cold water for a couple of hours. After air-drying, they don't look brank new and fine enough.

Using a steam cleaner on them restored them in my case, without the hours of soaking and drying.

just water! water and leave them to dry... nothing more to be perfect.
