Try www.kingfisherwoodworks.com

More than likely you will go over your budget, but I have one of their aiki-ken and it is without question the nicest bokken I have ever owned. It is thick and meaty without being bulky. The tsuka is a bit longer and thicker than usual which is good for me because I have larger hands. The balance is wonderful; it feels like you could cut all day with it and not get tired.

They have recently renovated their site and have much better pictures and more details so you should be able to get an idea about their products.

Hope that helps!
