Green Mountain Kendo has web site at www.rays-pages.com/KENDO/home.html
It says that they do not offer instruction to beginners(I have no idea of your experience). There is Muso Shinden Ryu Iai at Aikido of Champlain Valley, but currently only for Aikido students at that dojo. I teach Muso Shinden Ryu at the East Concord Community center. If you want more info about my class, feel free to e-mail me at briandun@together.net
I think there is also someone teaching Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iai near WRJ, but I don't have any first hand knowledge.

You would be better off to learn Kendo at http://www.boston-kendo.com/ with Harrison Sensei in Boston.
