do you know if there's import fees or any kind of fees if you buy stuff from kendo shops in korea or japan?

Not usually. You will pay more for shipping than from american dealers, because we are on the other side of the globe. :lick: Happy shopping. ^_^

It should be depending on each country, sometimes there is 5% tax charge from Japan ( depend on each kendo shop). I'm not sure for import tax in USA but it in UK, there is the import tax base on the value of goods that is declared on the parcel. So when I buy my bogu from Korea I asked them to declare price on the parcel to be as low as possible and they did, amazingly I pay zero tax!!!!

i think i am going to buy things from kendoshop.com, generally how much did you guys pay for shipping charge? i know that it depends on the item but any inputs on how much you paid for your things will be good.
