Since i rarely check this section out (network restrictions at work), i don't know if this clip (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kp9w7mnpqno&feature=related) was posted before, it's been on youtube for at least a year, anyway it's a cool video.

Yes, I thought so, too... Wasn't she also singing "put your head between my legs" at one point?

So it's a "sex, drugs and kendo!" music video! Or does it mean that kendo = sex?

hehehe, it's not a religious song that's for sure, i guess you'd have to ask the dude/ette who came up with the idea of kendo in the clip if he's a fan of Freud.

I like that it's actual kendoka and iaidoka, but the slow motion and fetishization of equipment is kind of cheesy. A good showing and good opportunity for the Gent dojo, I'm sure they got an extra set or two of club bogu out of the deal.

While I appreciated some of the high production values - the camera work, editing, etc. - the carnal theme and choice of music was weird. At least the kenshi were not nude.

Haha, yeah, Freud. In the end kendo is a lot about long things that are held at the hight of your loins, so that music is not so badly chosen...
I like the music, but seriously, the text doesn't really fit for me.

This video is quite good in Kendo terms, I mean, it is a music video, with no relation between lyrics and images,but it is proper kendo. Beautiful images, nice movements, and so on.
But, what stands out for me it is the singer's zekken, (51-54 sec). That font, a script one but i cannot recoganize it, which says "De la Vega" (my grandma maiden name, by the way) is so cool and great. I want one like this!
