Just for interests sake, what grade are you?

Uh oh, a ninja! :D

Seems fitting that a ferret would be a ninja, though.

Welcome!

I didn't mean it as an interogation... He doesn't have to answer if he doesn't want to!! Sorry for being intrusive! :)

No, no prob lol,
I actually have never tested for anything, it was never very important to me, so I suppose I am 7th Kyu. I suppose I will eventually test so I can be in the proper range for tourneys. That is one of the things that I like about Kendo, there is no distiguishing outwardly of rank... I compete against myself and try to learn a little something from anyone I keiko.

Thats the perfect attitude... we are all on our way up the mountain - learning as we go on! Even those that are unranked are still practising Kendo... I hope the best for you and your kendo!!

You mean, you have never tested? coz you have to be absolutely terrible to get a 7th kyu. Anyhoo, welcome!!!

Maybe Mustela Putorius Ryu (Ferret Ryu) includes both ninjery skills as well as kendo? Wearing keikogi explains the blue part of the name, too...

There's always squirrel aikido (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXRVx5a65Sk).

As long as you got there in one piece, the cosmic trails of the warp always put my fur on edge
