Everytime when i do a 100 sho-men cut excercise, my arms would feel exhausted when i reached about half the number of cuts. The number of cuts would increase in future. Is there any way that can do huge number of cuts without tiring your arms that much?

That's like asking if you can run miles without getting tired. It's not possible until you build up your muscles. You're probably too tense too, try to relax more.

Try a variety of cuts to break up your suburi.. still do the 100 shomen if you want, but intersperse (is that a word??) with a few DO cuts Kaeshi style. The differing movements ,so i've been told.. (my sources are notoriously shadey :) ) should help reduce the build up of lactic acid in the muscles and allow you to train for longer.
If you are cutting using your shoulders and wrists rather than your arms, you should find that you should be less tired. It will still burn and hurt, and as Shazzzanzzz said "You're probably too tense too, try to relax more."

You could do some type of subari everyday. If you really wanted to strengthen while you swing, you could buy a shinai weight or swing holding two shinais. And if you wanted to, and have the resources too, I dont see anything wrong with hitting the gym a few times a week to work on your upper body muscles.
But in the end, Kendo really is like any other type of physical activity. You have to do put in hard work to improve.

try relaxing your shoulders...
it'll get better over time.
Try to keep your shoulders down. At least I had this problem when I started. Always stretch your muscles after training. You can do much more suburi when you do so.
