I have heard to talk about the practice of Asageiko, can someone give me further explanation about it? Exactly what does it consist in? :confused:

Asa = morning

...Basically that is a practice in the morning. Very early morning. Usually with a serious hangover :D

This stuff is great. We do this at every gasshouku and I can't complain yet. There's something about screaming at the top of your lungs along with 30 like-minded people while the sun crests the horizon with no other sounds but the light crashing of waves and birds at dawn that's just... idyllic.

Asa-geiko is some great stuff. I used to do it during the summer. the trouble was getting out of bed so freaking early in the morning, especially getting there. It wasn't so bad once I was there though. No regrets. You should try new years keiko ^_^!!!
