I noticed that every time I practice Suri-ashi, the toes sorta spread out and look like webbed feet without the web. This is on BOTH feet. when I push off, the toes on my left foot spread out. When I finish 1 step, the toes on my right foot spread out. Is this something to be concerned about? I try to be as light on my feet as I can, but my toes still spread out..

uh..maybe you increase balance by having them spread out more so by spreading them out it's easier to keep your heels off the floor?

it's probably wrong though because your kendo sucks tim

Hmmmm. So why would I be concerned about keeping my heels off the floor when most of my weight (taken from the beforementioned description) is on the BALLS OF MY FEET! Have you caught a cold instead of a clue? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. And yes, my feet are spaced at the "optimum" distance from each other.

The interesting thing is even though I try to balance my weight so that not too much is on the balls of my feet, my toes still spread out when pushing off or coming to a stop.

Tim...I don't think it is a problem. It just makes it easier for me to step on your toes. :cross_eye
