umm.. i reckognise the last two symbols..

my dad says its sang no mu do (this is in korean)
in japanese/kanji u would read the last two symbols as "bu do"

not sure about the first two tho...

I don't have a dictionary to find the Kana for the Kanji but If I read them in Mandarin they'll be "Seng Ba Wu Dao"

Yes, the last two is Budo.

I don't know how to translate the first two without sounding funny: Double Rule/Double Power (??) Something wrong with the first one... if Kendo is one where is the other half of the "double"?
