Another way to break in Men (Way taught at the Kitamoto Foreign Leader's Camp)

I recently bought new bogu and one of my friends showed me another to tie the Men to break it in. The way he showed me really helps keep the men-dare form so you don't get the "rabbit ears" or some other variation. My friend said someone who went to the Kitamoto Foreign Leader's Camp showed him that way. I was wondering if anybody who went to the Kitamoto Foreign Leader's camp knows where I could find a picture diagram or instructions so I can show some of my other friends.

If you know how to do it why don't you just go through the motions and take pictures of each step. If you don't have a digital camera maybe you have a friend that would help. Post 'em here when you're done so we can see too!
