I do not profess to be anything other than a person. I try to live by the values of the code which is a great referance and guidline to follow in life. However we are all human and are prone to error. So if this individual was a modern day Samurai he would most likely need to commit sepuku based on the fact that he must profess that he is a samuria and there has fallen to the need for fame which is based on personal pride. This is a violation of the code of honor.
