Judging from the other videos present in the folder this practitioner is a regular sei nito player. So things come easier.

Despite what the kanji says, that's not migi jodan. That's gyaku jodan. Right hand at the end of the tsuka. Migi jodan is same grip as hidari jodan but with the right foot forward, like shidachi in kendo-no-kata No. 1.

Very interesting video.
In a past thread this kind of jodan was called "reverse" i think..and it was used by Jodan users who had some problem with the left arm/leg.
This kenshi is the first i see who use it by choice.....very interesting even the nito part, he seems to use the Musashikai style nito...he seems very good at it!
