Looking for a dedicated kendo dojo in the Greater Vancouver area. . . I've done some research, and narrowed it down to either Renbu or Sunrise (Steveson would be awesome, but the 1.5-2 hr commute would be killer :ko: ). I live in Coquitlam, but go to Simon Fraser University which is in Burnaby, so those 2 would only be about 15 min from there.
Any impressions or advice would be much appreciated! PM or email if you prefer.

Khabbi - Thanks, I will go visit - just trying to get an idea beforehand.
Andoy, you're with Sunrise? What's it like?

I thought Andoy was with VKC, which isn't near Lougheed Mall, unless they've moved Renfrew Community Centre. Or maybe I'm mixed up.

It's still happening, as far as I know.

Yes, there's still kendo at SFU, but it's only one night a week - ideally, I'd like to train 3 days a week.
