I've been doing Iaido for two years now, and finally I am going to enter a kendo class. I'm going tomarrow to the dojo to watch them learn. However, I have one minor question. The dojo I have enlisted in (Takahashi Dojo, Ottawa, Canada) is a dojo with 6 other arts being taught in other areas of the dojo (two floors) although the dojo will be clear of other arts when Kendo is on (three days a week), will these other arts comprimize the quality of the instruction I will recieve in Kendo? If not, what can I do to check the quality of instruction in the dojo? Any help is greatly appriciated!

Really? Wow. I've never been to Tateyama unfortunatly. My father knew a sensai in Iaido, who was quite accomplised, so I took lessons from him. Where is Tateyama again?

Northwest of the Glebe. Click on my name and select public profile. There will be my dojo website there you can have a look at. Check your PM too as I've just sent you one.
