Hello Kaeshi,
Welcome!
You might first try to do a search for topics such as 'suburi' etc. via the search function on the board. It has helped me enormously. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here who have posted lots on questions that beginners such as ourselves usually have.
The more specific you can make your questions, the more people will be able to help.
Enjoy your training.

if you're planning to train at home at the same time, you can try 100 swings of sho-men, 100 swings saiyou-men, 100 swings of kote, and 100 swings of dou (sp?). well, you can cut down the no. of swings as i am not crazy enough to do those but i'm planning to, though. just lower the no. of swings for each of them first. if you're already used to it, pump up more swings. oh yeah, i also practice hitting the tsuki by tying a small object with a string then hanging it somewhere.
