Back issue order Dec 1st 2003

Hi there Alex and Hamish,

I'm posting here since your email (editor@kendo-world.com) seems to be bouncing...

I have been trying to get hold of a copy of Kendo World 2.1 since July last year… unfortunately I still haven’t managed to get hold of a copy. My latest attempt was to fill out the form available on your website and fax it in (twice!) on Dec 1st last year. I still haven’t been billed on my credit card or received the mag. I have tried sending follow up emails but have not had a response. Please tell me what I am doing wrong??? Have I offended you guys in some way? ;-)

Hi Melanie,

Did you fax it to the NZ number? I sent the original order in to our mailhouse, who also receive the faxes directly on the (09) number and had assumed it had arrived, but obviously not! Maybe there was a mail embargo on stuff to Australia with the World Cup!
