I'm in Holland and purchased several items from e-bogu.com including my bogu. Great quality and I never had any problems with their service desk (just pleasant surprises). If you search for e-bogu on other threads you'll find the same opinion from many others.

I've used E-bogu both when living in New Zealand and in the UK and I have had no problems whatsoever. Only 2 weeks ago, I ordered a new bogu bag and it arrived in 6 days.
