Male/female ratio

Hello!
In Sweden the ration between male and femal naginata-practitionerns is currently 1-1, and I have heard that the same thing aplies for the US. Does anyone know how it is is Japan? I have heard from 1-10 and 1-1000 (females being predominant, of course). It would also be interesting to hear the ratio in other countries.

It kindoff fluctuates in holland because of the small number of practitioners
but a rough guess would be 1 female per 4 or 5 men.

Reported at this past Summer's INF meeting, in Japan, F-M ratio is 98/2. I am not sure what the US ratio is currently; I have to wait for a new roster in April.

I dont know about the rest of my country, but at my club I have yet to see a female kendo uh person (i forget the name ha). I dont know for sure but i think there are 0 at my dojo. and there are around 15 guys, but ive only seen like 12 of them, (ive been there since the beginning of january)
