need more help

hello again guys,

I realize that most bokuto are about 40 in long. However, I am a bigger person and I am looking for one that is about 41-42 long ( I like to have room for my hands). Any suggestions? I have also thought about making it myself out of hickory or white oak but I do not live anywhere where that is readily availible.
