Probably some unused gear sitting around in people's garages that could go back in circulation. Primarily kenshi to kenshi.

The problem is that it is normally expensive to ship things around, so it is usually easier to just talk to people in your own club or area if you have something to sell. People often do mention on here if they have some gear lying around, but I haven't seen anything like you are looking for anywhere.

I've got a friend who wants a used set as he is too cheap to buy new. A classifieds section would be great to have on the forum, perhaps even a revenue opportunity....
