Office 2010 kendo dictionary

I'm trying to type my training log, including vocabulary, into a Microsoft office 2010 word document. I know that it is possible to add words into the custom dictionary on the fly...but this involves looking up said word online to check spelling, then clicking and stuff. I'm want to speed up the process a bit. Does anyone have an available resource for a custom kendo dictionary (English/Japanese) that can be installed in MS Word?

I just right click add to dictionary, but then i'm already sure i've spelled it right in most cases.

Yeah, that is what I have been doing the past 10+ years of running into words that Microsoft Office is not familiar with....darn specialized vocabulary in the ivory tower! I was just hoping that some specialized kendo or Japanese dictionary was available to avoid having to keep doing this.
