My Bogu arrived the other day. Yaayyyy! After few months Sensei said I could get it and wear it after the first of the year. Well I got it and the Men was way too small, but the other pieces fit great. I sent the Men back and Sensei let me practice with the Bogu minus the Men. What a difference in wearing even partial Bogu than without. Much different.
I got the different Men the day before yesterday and ... dang it!! Still too small. Either my head grew in a week or I was just not doing somthing right. I called the company and they sent me the correct size that day and arrived today. Literally 24 hours later after it was shipped. Now thats service!! This one fits. Now... does anyone know of a website or visual aid thats shows how to attatch the ties? I could use a little help on getting them attatched. Also any advice on how to not make my skin turn blue? After wearing the Kote for even just a few minutes I look like a Smurf. I put the Men up to my face and held it in place for just a few moments and my forehead and chin also turned blue. I expect some of the color to get on me, but is there any way to speed up the process so it wont anymore? Thanks all, Mickey
