Man...I keep getting myself sick at the wrong times :( I wonder if there is some sort of exercise to get myself warmed up again...not that I haven't been practicing my strikes and forms...but I just don't want to be practicing with the wrong form. Well, after 2 weeks, I'll finally be able to get back!! Thanks for any advice...Sorry for the absence in classes guys...

Suggestion, don't practice while your sick, that can lead to bad habits that would be hard to correct. If you feel in good shape, their are normal suburi excercises that are good.....3 step and 2 step are good for just plain practice....id leave choyaksuburi/hayasuburi out for a bit. Its grueling :P Hope you get better. and keep practicing ;)
