Thanks fellas, I sent them to Otake Sensei - whom I know some of you know and he asked if he could keep the honte no kamae on his file! The Jo is my tanjo.

Andy, I will need to teach her poker-face next time as a higher level of training - as was emphasized and excellently described recently at Ishido Dojo in Kawasaki "don't let the enemy know your heart through your face"
