The Second Annual Tournament of the Cherry Blossoms is at hand. This annual event will be held in the historic city of Winter Haven. This is just between Orlando and Tampa. This will be on May 1st and 2nd. With any luck we will be holding a testing up to 1st Kyu on Sunday. Shodan if I can get enough Sensei to come out. Please mark your calendars and come out to see this wonderful and beautiful city. More information can be found on our web site at www.orlandokendo.com. Its $30 for the Tournament. We have not set anything for the Testing up yet. But to test you will have to be a member of a Due paying School thats a member of the All United States Kendo Federation. As for the Tournament, simply be ready to participate. If your with an unkown school then I would recomend talking to one of our curent ranked schools and finding out how we do a tournament as I have seen some guys playing that would simply not go well with our Kendo. Thaks for the inquiry.

Well keep in mind that we will need help. People helping out with the courts and time keeping and scoring and all that kind of stuff. Your efforts will be appreciated I can tell you.
