The wood is Tasmanian oak. I don't know why the bearers are pink, but there is also a sheet of rubber under them. The spring in the floor is amazing.

I have not yet heard this dojo but when I known it by your story! This story is very meaningful and one again to support spirit of kendo in this situation. Wish all best for your dojo.
