Scam anyone?
I doubt very much that its a scam
I'm sure if you purchased, you would in fact get the bogu.
You see a lot of generic martial arts stores selling very low quality kendo equipment.
They aren't necessarily aiming at the serious kendoka, but more at the martial arts fans who will buy anything

Bubish warrior deluxe kendo armor eh? Me, I like the description and I quote:
"Warrioir brand deluxe kendo bogu. complete set including head gear, body guard, chest protector, gloves and a carry bag available sizes S,M,L"
Note the spelling of the first word of the description. Why not order it and give us a review ;-)

The slightly skewed Tare and the keikogi OVER the hakama are certainly humorous.

Don't really see what's funny about this, it's the photo that belongs to Blitz Sports for their Kendo armour, see it all over eBay.
Don't see what is wrong with the pose, it's just showing what the equipment looks like.

Hahha... This is a funny pic.
So just from already what I can observe:
1. No himos
2. Tare is crooked
3. The shinai still has the red strings on it.
4. Keikogi outside of hakama
5. Hakama is way too long.
6. No tenegui in men
7. Pleats on hakama don't look good
But from previous posters point of view, I do understand that it is more just for a selling point. So they will sell it and there's no himo to tie the doh and men on!

I don't know what it is, but more and more I see people posing in these kinds of pictures with the red packing strings still on the shinai... and I'm sure he has to stand like that to keep the men from falling off his face w/o the himo.
