Oxford Kendo club

Hello. I wondered if anyone from the Oxford dojo posts here. I am visiting some friends there next week and wanted to get some practice in.

Hey :) The club in Oxford is the Oxford University Kendo Club, we practice at the Iffley Road Sports Complex. Practices are Monday (anyone) and Wednesday (armour only). Both from 8:30 till 10ish (though turn up earlier to get changed and such).

FYI, I'm Nick Collins, the new club secretary. Though don't let that fool you, I'm a beginner (first time in armor tonight!). The senseis/senior members are mostly outside the university, but club officials must be university members, so the club is run on two fronts :)

I'm sure its fine for you to come along, being able to able to train at other dojos has always been emphasised as a good thing by the senseis here. If you have any questions, or you need directions to the sports centre then just email me at nicholas.collins@stcatz.ox.ac.uk
