Dear all, I need your help on do sizes. Looking at some suppliers catalogues, I saw that they usually have 3/4 sizes for the do backspace opening. In the case of Koei, the largest one is 40/45 cm, what does it mean? How can a single size cover 5 cm? If I need a backspace opening of 41/42 cm which size I have to choose?

Doh fit needn't be exact. If you need 42 cm, the 40-45 cm doh should be fine.
