I can't comment on that exact sword but i recently purchased a iaito from a man on ebay <gasp! i know> and found the price and quality to be unbelievable. The sword is japanese and extremely well made and i paid under $200 for it. It was so nice even my sensei is picking one up from the guys shop. His name is guchido on ebay and all you have to do is search for iaito. Also he has a gallery at http://nagaidesign.hp.infoseek.co.jp/gallery/main.htm (http://64.4.30.250:80/cgi-bin/linkrd?_lang=EN&lah=19e9f2e99c15b731bb91083f873c7db5&lat=1081009248&hm___action=http%3a%2f%2fnagaidesign%2ehp%2einfose ek%2eco%2ejp%2fgallery%2fmain%2ehtm) so you can see some of his other swords that are not up on ebay. I know its rare to find quality stuff on ebay but there are a good number of sattisfied people ( i emailed em all before buying to see how good the quality was =P). BTW i bought the masamune iaito so if you have any questions on it let me know.
