has anyone seen the Nike commerical, I think it was about soccer, where they employed people to wear kendo bogu in the clip?

I remember that Nike advert from before I started kendo. I think they chose to use Bougu because it makes people look a little like robots.
I used to like Bougu before I started kendo but now I some times kind of see it is a hindrance.

I'd've been more impressed if they'd used Kyudo bows.

but their expensive and hard to get, easier to pop into the nearest sports store and buy a wooden practise bow...

they should have had some with kyudo bows, some with naginata, some with katanas... that would have looked AWESOME...

There is a kendo sequence in the video to "(Crack It) Something Going On" with Bomfunk MC's featuring Jessica Folcker. Two guys puting on men and then a men-swing in ultra rapid. With Bomfunk MC being finnish(sp?) I suppose the kendokas are from Finland..

I can't help but notice all these bogu guys went to the Stormtrooper School of Accuracy too. About a hundred arrows and they hit a guitar. I'd've PAID for a Throne of Blood ending with this hack band.
