Hi,
I know I may be getting a head of myself (in fact I'm pretty sure I am) but I am hoping to start Iaido after my exams in June. My question is which of these Iaitos do you think will be best for a beginner. I have got these from previous threads and from crawling through what felt like every website in the world. I understand you don't need one until you gain experience but I like to have an idea of where I'm going with things. If this is a stupid question or If i have got completely the wrong idea then please, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
The Iaitos i have found and liked are:
1) KA25 Higo Koshirae (www.Tozando.com (http://www.Tozando.com))
2) kA15 Higo Koshirae (www.Tozando.com (http://www.Tozando.com))
3) H4 Hido Koshirae (www.ninecircles.co.uk (http://www.ninecircles.co.uk))

I have heard great things from Tozando so I am leaning towards those choices. Any help you can give me about picking a Iaito would be thankfully received.

Danny,

Best check with your future instructor first.

Ray's a smart guy, listen to Ray's advice. As tempting as it may be, different schools/styles might have different needs from their iaito, and it'd suck to end up with the wrong one for your future style. Once you know the specifics of what you need to look for, it's pretty much a matter of picking an iaito from a reputable dealer that fits your budget, and the dealers you mentioned are a good place to start.

I was going to wait anyway because I really need some more experience with them (and because I don't have any money). Thanks for the replies and for being patient with a newbie!
