Il a beaucoup d'information, et il est surtout formidable pour les geants qui commencent kendo, mais autres aussi. Je l'aime, et j'adore les sections pour kata, frappes et gardes. J'espère vous comprenez mon francais.

i think it would look better since u have 2 frames..
