when you create a reply or a new thread look down at the bottom of the page on the left hand side, in the posting rules.

You will see that IMG is turned off.

You can attach images, or supply links to the picture elsewhere.

in the Multimedia section(at least) you can post images with the code, with the image url in the middle.

dunno if you can anyplace else.
